Our journey began in 2018 with the establishment of our first almond processing plant, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to quality and innovation. As we grew, we expanded our operations by building an additional facility dedicated to almond pasteurization. Throughout this journey, we have continually invested in state-of-the-art electronic sorting technology, ensuring we remain at the forefront of food safety and modern processing techniques. In 2020, we took another step toward sustainability by implementing a solar system to offset our energy consumption, demonstrating our dedication to creating value for growers while serving the needs of industrial users like butter, milk, and bars.
